30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- In original packaging
- With all original tags attached
Returns must be approved by our Customer Support team before shipping back.
How to Start a Return
Please contact us at support@aoxjox.com with:
- Your order number
- The product SKU
- The reason for return
- Clear photos or videos (if item is defective, incorrect, or damaged)
Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and an RMA form.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If We Made a Mistake
If you received:
- A damaged item
- The wrong product
- The wrong size due to our error
We will:
- Cover return shipping
- Issue a full refund including original shipping
or - Send a free replacement
If You Ordered the Wrong Size or Changed Your Mind
If the return is due to:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Selecting the wrong item
- No longer wanting the item
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
We will refund the original product price once the item is received and inspected.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Lingerie
- Swimwear
- Beauty products
- Luck Bags
- Masks or protective equipment
- Discounted or final sale items
- Items marked as non-returnable
- Free gifts
Refund Processing Time
After we receive your return, please allow 3–6 business days for processing.
Refund timeframes:
- PayPal: up to 48 hours
- Credit Card: 7–14 business days
- Wallet refunds: up to 24 hours
