AOXJOX RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • With original packaging and tags attached

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


How to Start a Return

Our customer support team will provide step-by-step return instructions, including the appropriate return location.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Please check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)

  3. Contact your bank, as there is often a delay before refunds are posted

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

For sizing issues, we recommend returning the item for a refund or store credit and placing a new order in your preferred size.
